DeliberX — Decision Intelligence Platform Last revised: 11 May 2026

What DeliberX is

DeliberX is a behavioural self-reflection tool that helps you see how you make career and business decisions. It produces a personalised report that names patterns in your decision-making — not who you are, what you should do, or how you should live.

The tool was built for working professionals and business builders who want a sharper read on themselves before, during, or after a significant decision. It is a one-time diagnostic, not a coaching service, subscription, or ongoing relationship.

What DeliberX is NOT

DeliberX is not:

  • A clinical assessment. It does not diagnose depression, anxiety, ADHD, burnout-as-condition, trauma, or any other mental-health condition. It does not use DSM/ICD diagnostic criteria.
  • A psychometric test. It is not a validated psychometric instrument and does not measure personality traits, IQ, or aptitude. It does not use MBTI, Big Five, DISC, Enneagram, or any personality-typing system as its foundation.
  • Therapy or counselling. Reading the report is not a substitute for working with a qualified mental-health professional, therapist, counsellor, or coach.
  • Career or financial advice. The report does not tell you to quit your job, leave a relationship, sell your business, change careers, or make any irreversible life decision.
  • A predictor of future outcomes. It identifies patterns in how you have decided in the past. It does not predict success, failure, compatibility, or any specific future event.
The seven ethical rules our AI follows

The report is generated by an AI model that operates under seven non-negotiable rules:

  1. No irreversible prescriptions. The AI will never suggest you quit your job, end a relationship, sell your business, fire someone, or make any irreversible life decision. It frames observations as patterns to notice, not actions to take.
  2. No clinical labels. The AI will not name, imply, or hint at clinical conditions. Burnout is described only as an energy and exhaustion pattern, never as a diagnosis.
  3. The disclaimer is always present. Every report ends with this disclaimer. The AI cannot remove or override it.
  4. Distress signals trigger more care, not less depth. If the diagnostic detects signs of emotional strain, the report tone shifts to protective — which means more specificity and more warmth, not softened insight. Professional support resources are surfaced in the closing.
  5. No shame, belittling, or catastrophising. The "One Thing You Will Resist Hearing" section is allowed to be direct and uncomfortable. It is not allowed to be cruel, mocking, or written from a position of superiority. The voice is a wise friend who refuses to lie.
  6. India workplace context, never stereotype. Where relevant, the report acknowledges patterns specific to Indian professional life — hierarchical respect culture, family financial obligations, status sensitivity in role transitions. It does this only when the data points there. It does not assume every reader is in this context.
  7. Reversible, testable, low-risk only. Every observation in the report points to something the reader can notice this week, test in a small experiment, or sit with. Nothing requires a permanent commitment.
Confidence and the Stability Gate

The diagnostic does not pretend to know more than the data supports. Two confidence factors are computed for every dimension:

  • Count confidence — strong claims require multiple consistent data points. Thin data is pulled toward the neutral midpoint, not amplified.
  • Consistency confidence — contradictory responses within a dimension reduce confidence in that dimension's claim.

The Stability Gate is a separate pre-report safety mechanism. Before any report is generated, the system scans for 14 specific vulnerability indicators across your responses. If three or more are detected — or if certain dimensions collapse below specific thresholds — the report shifts to a protective tone and the closing surfaces qualified mental-health support resources.

The Stability Gate is not a clinical screening tool. It does not diagnose any condition. It exists because we believe a diagnostic that does not pay attention to how the reader is doing has failed its first duty.

If anything in the diagnostic or report surfaces distress

The diagnostic asks questions about pressure, doubt, regret, and difficult choices. For most readers, this is useful tension. For some, it can surface feelings that are heavier than expected.

If anything in the experience lands harder than you anticipated:

  • For product or access questions — write to support@deliberx.com
  • For mental-health support in IndiaiCall: 9152987821 (Mon–Sat, 8 AM – 10 PM) or Vandrevala Foundation: 1860-2662-345 (24×7). Both are free and confidential.
  • Outside India — start with your country's mental-health helpline or a qualified professional.

You do not have to be in crisis to call any of these. A trained listener is often the most useful next step.

Cultural context

DeliberX is built with Indian professional life as its first reader. Where the report references workplace dynamics, family financial expectations, hierarchical respect culture, joint-family obligations, or status sensitivity in role transitions — it does so because these are real forces in the lives of most of our readers, not because every reader experiences them.

If your context is different, the framework still applies. The dimensions and patterns are universal even where the specific examples are not.

Limitations you should know about
  • The report reads patterns, not truth. It tells you how your responses cluster. It does not tell you whether those patterns serve you. Only you can decide that.
  • The diagnostic uses self-reported data. You answered the questions. The accuracy of the report is bounded by the honesty of your answers.
  • Patterns are tendencies, not types. You can exhibit multiple patterns simultaneously. Your dominant pattern is the strongest read, not your identity.
  • The report is a snapshot. Your responses on the day of the diagnostic reflect your state that day. Patterns are usually stable; specific scores can shift.
How to use the report well
  • Read it once for recognition. Read it again for the parts that resisted.
  • Sit with the reflective questions. They often outwork the answers.
  • Test one observation against your week before drawing conclusions.
  • Treat every observation as reversible, testable, and low-risk. Nothing here requires a permanent decision.

The report is the beginning of a conversation with yourself, not the end of one.

For any questions about this disclaimer or your report, write to support@deliberx.com.

Terms & Conditions

DeliberX — Decision Intelligence Platform Last revised: 11 May 2026

Quick read

You buy a one-time diagnostic. You answer the questions honestly. We generate and deliver your report within 2–4 hours. Basic plans are refundable within 24 hours of payment, before the diagnostic is started. Full plans are not refundable once the diagnostic has been started — because once you have read the report, the value has been delivered. Disputes are governed by Indian law.

1. Acceptance

By proceeding past the onboarding checkboxes on careers.deliberx.com (or any DeliberX subdomain) and completing payment, you accept these Terms & Conditions and the linked Privacy Policy and Trust & Ethics Disclaimer.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed past the consent checkboxes.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use DeliberX. By proceeding, you confirm that you are an adult under the law of India (or your country of residence, whichever is stricter).

If you are accessing DeliberX through an institutional partner (using an Organisation Code), additional terms agreed between DeliberX and your institution may apply. Those terms do not reduce your rights under this document.

3. What you are buying

DeliberX sells a one-time behavioural diagnostic. The product consists of:

  • A set of scenario-based multiple-choice questions
  • An optional voice note recording (30–45 seconds)
  • A personalised report generated by an AI model, scoring you across the relevant dimensions for your module (Career or Business)
  • Delivery of the report by email (PDF + interactive online version)
  • Limited optional features: report translation to Indian languages, audio briefing, member-code link to re-access the report

The four available plans are listed on the Plans & Pricing page. The differences between plans are spelled out there and in the in-product comparison popup.

4. Payments and pricing
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
  • Payment is processed via Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank account details.
  • Payment confirms your purchase. There is no recurring or subscription billing. DeliberX charges you one time per purchased diagnostic.
  • Promo codes, launch discounts, and referral codes apply where validly entered before payment. Discounts are not retroactive.
5. Refund policy

We believe in being straight about this rather than hiding it in the fine print.

5.1 Basic plans — refundable within a window

The Basic Career plan (₹1,999) and Basic Business plan (₹2,999) are refundable, in full, if both of these are true:

  • You request the refund within 24 hours of payment, AND
  • You have not started the diagnostic (no questions answered, no responses submitted)

To request a refund, write to support@deliberx.com within 24 hours with the subject line "Refund Request — Basic Plan" and include the email address used for payment.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

5.2 Full plans — non-refundable once started

The Full Career plan (₹4,999) and Full Business plan (₹6,999) are non-refundable once the diagnostic has been started.

This is because:

  • A Full report represents 30–40 minutes of personalised analysis across 16 sections
  • Once delivered and read, the value cannot be returned
  • The product is a one-time analysis, not a subscription or service

Before you start a Full plan, you have a full 24-hour window after payment in which to request a refund — same conditions as Basic. After you begin answering questions, no refund is available.

If you are unsure about whether to commit to a Full plan, the in-product comparison popup spells out exactly what each tier includes. We strongly recommend you read it before paying.

5.3 Edge cases
  • Diagnostic failure on our end. If the diagnostic fails to deliver due to a technical issue on our side (server downtime, payment-success page not loading, etc.), and we cannot recover your progress, we will either issue a full refund or generate the report manually. Share a screenshot proof at support@deliberx.com.
  • Duplicate payment. If you accidentally paid twice for the same diagnostic, the second payment is refunded automatically within 7 working days.
  • Wrong plan purchased. Plan upgrades (Basic → Full) are handled through the in-product upgrade flow — you pay only the difference. Plan downgrades (Full → Basic) do not refund the difference.
  • Module switch. Switching between Career and Business modules requires a fresh diagnostic. No partial refunds for the prior module.
5.4 What is NOT grounds for a refund

To be unambiguous: dissatisfaction with the content of the report is not grounds for a refund. The report is a behavioural mirror, not a validation. If the report tells you something you did not want to hear, that is the product working as intended. The 24-hour pre-diagnostic window is precisely so you can opt out before reading anything you may later regret reading.

6. How you use your report

The report we deliver to you is yours to read, reflect on, share, and refer back to.

You may:

  • Share excerpts privately with a coach, therapist, mentor, or trusted friend
  • Quote anonymously from your own report in your own writing
  • Re-read it any time via the member-code link we send you

You may not:

  • Publish your full report or substantial portions of it in any form (online or offline) without our written permission
  • Use the report as the basis to recreate or compete with DeliberX's methodology
  • Resell or commercially redistribute the report

The intellectual property in the DeliberX methodology, question bank, scoring engine, AI prompt architecture, and report template remains with DeliberX. Your individual scored profile and report content (the specific words written about you) belongs to you for personal use.

7. Limitations of liability

DeliberX is a self-reflection tool. As specified in the Trust & Ethics Disclaimer, it is not clinical advice, therapy, career counselling, financial advice, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • DeliberX is not liable for decisions you make based on the report. The report is information; the decisions are yours.
  • DeliberX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
  • Our maximum financial liability to you, for any reason whatsoever connected with your use of DeliberX, is limited to the amount you actually paid for your diagnostic.

These limitations do not apply where they would conflict with Indian consumer protection law or other mandatory legal provisions.

8. Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep DeliberX available and working. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted access. We may take the site down for maintenance, upgrades, or in response to security incidents.

If a paid diagnostic cannot be completed due to a sustained service outage on our side, see section 5.3 for how refunds are handled.

9. Your obligations

By using DeliberX, you agree:

  • To provide accurate information at onboarding (name, email, phone). False or misleading information may result in undelivered reports.
  • To answer the diagnostic honestly. The accuracy of your report is bounded by the honesty of your answers.
  • Not to attempt to reverse-engineer the methodology, scrape the question bank, or circumvent the diagnostic flow.
  • Not to use the platform in any way that interferes with other users' ability to use it.
10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these terms, attempt to defraud our payment system, abuse our support team, or use the platform unlawfully. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue first.

You can terminate your relationship with DeliberX at any time by writing to support@deliberx.com and requesting deletion of your account and data, per our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these Terms & Conditions, we will update the "Last revised" date. Material changes will be communicated by email to all users with an active or completed diagnostic. Changes apply to diagnostics purchased after the change date — your existing purchases are governed by the terms in force on the date of your payment.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Before pursuing legal action, the parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith correspondence at support@deliberx.com for a period of at least 30 days.

13. Contact

For any question about these Terms & Conditions, write to:

Email: support@deliberx.com

We respond to every email within 7 working days. Time-bound matters (refund requests within the 24-hour window, payment issues) are prioritised.

Thank you for using DeliberX. We hope your report meets you where you are.

Privacy Policy

DeliberX — Decision Intelligence Platform Last revised: 11 May 2026 Compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India)

Quick read

We collect what we need to deliver your report. We never sell your data. Your name, email and phone are never sent to the AI that writes your report. You can request the deletion of your data any time by emailing support@deliberx.com.

1. Who we are

DeliberX is operated by an independent founder ("DeliberX", "we", "us", "our") and is accessible at deliberx.com and its subdomains (including careers.deliberx.com). For any data-related question, the email is support@deliberx.com.

For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, DeliberX is the Data Fiduciary. You — the person whose data we process — are the Data Principal.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data, and only what is required to deliver your report:

Identity data

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • WhatsApp / phone number
  • City of work
  • Organisation code (if you are accessing DeliberX through an institutional partner)

Diagnostic data

  • Your answers to the multiple-choice scenarios
  • Optional free-text responses (the "Set the Scene" narrative, post-diagnostic reflections)
  • Optional voice note recording (30–45 seconds)
  • Language preference
  • Plan selected and module (Career or Business)
  • Response timing data (how long you took to answer each question — used to calibrate confidence, never displayed)

Transactional data

  • Payment confirmation from Razorpay (transaction ID, amount, status — we do not see or store your card or bank details)
  • Promo or referral codes applied
  • Refund requests and outcomes (where applicable)

Technical data

  • IP address (collected by our infrastructure providers, not stored long-term by us)
  • Browser type and operating system (for compatibility debugging)
  • Page navigation data within the DeliberX site (used to identify where users drop off and improve the experience)

We do not collect:

  • Government-issued ID numbers (Aadhaar, PAN, passport)
  • Bank account numbers or card details
  • Biometric data
  • Health records or clinical diagnoses
  • Location data beyond city
  • Data from cookies that track you across other websites
3. How we use your data

We use your data for these specific purposes only:

  • To generate, deliver, and store your personalised report
  • To send your report by email and (if applicable) to your WhatsApp number
  • To process your payment via Razorpay and issue receipts
  • To respond to support requests from you
  • To improve the diagnostic methodology (using aggregated, anonymised patterns — never your individual data)
  • To send you the report and follow-up emails specific to your diagnostic
  • To handle any refund requests as per our Terms & Conditions

We do not use your data to:

  • Sell or share with marketers
  • Train external AI models on your identified data
  • Profile you across other services or websites
  • Send promotional emails for products you did not purchase
4. The PII boundary — how AI generation works

When the AI generates your report, the following anonymised data is sent to the AI model:

  • Your scored dimensions (e.g., D4 score = 62%)
  • The signal patterns detected in your responses (e.g., "boundary_protection_active")
  • Your dominant and secondary patterns
  • Your free-text narratives (only what you wrote yourself in the "Set the Scene" and post-reflection prompts)
  • Your voice note transcript (if you recorded one)
  • Module type and plan tier

The following PII is never sent to the AI model:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your organisation name or organisation code
  • Your city (unless you wrote it in your own free-text narrative)
  • Payment details

The AI model we use (Anthropic's Claude API) does not retain your data after generating the report. Your full report — once generated — is stored only in our own database, not the AI provider's.

5. Where your data lives
  • Primary database: Supabase, hosted in Mumbai, India (ap-south-1 region). All data is encrypted at rest.
  • Email delivery: Resend (USA) for outbound email. Email content includes your report.
  • Payment processing: Razorpay (India). We do not store payment instrument details.
  • AI generation: Anthropic Claude API (USA). Only anonymised data as listed in section 4 is sent.
  • Voice notes: Encrypted storage within Supabase, accessible only by the report generation pipeline.
  • Site infrastructure: Webflow (USA) for the website, Cloudflare for DNS and security.

Where we transfer your data outside India (to AI generation and email delivery providers), the transfer is limited to the minimum necessary, the providers have their own enforced data protection commitments, and no identified PII is sent to the AI provider.

6. How long we keep your data
  • Your report: Retained indefinitely or until you request deletion. This is so you can re-access your report through the member-code link we send you.
  • Diagnostic responses: Retained alongside the report for the same period.
  • Voice notes: Retained for 12 months from generation, then automatically deleted.
  • Payment records: Retained for 7 years to comply with Indian tax and audit requirements.
  • Support correspondence: Retained for 24 months.
  • Site navigation logs: Retained for 90 days.

When you delete your data, the records are flagged for deletion. They are removed from active systems within 30 days. Backup copies are removed within 90 days of the deletion request.

7. Your rights under DPDP Act 2023

As a Data Principal, you have these rights:

  • Right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to correction and erasure — request that we correct inaccurate data or delete your data
  • Right to grievance redressal — raise a concern about how your data is handled
  • Right to nominate — nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity

To exercise any of these rights, write to support@deliberx.com with the subject line "Data Rights Request." We will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act 2023.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies — cookies required to make the site work (session management, plan selection, payment flow). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that follow you across the web.

We use a minimal first-party analytics setup to understand which pages people visit and where they drop off. This data is aggregated and not linked to your identity.

9. Children's data

DeliberX is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please write to support@deliberx.com and we will delete it immediately.

10. Security

We use industry-standard security practices:

  • All data encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (Supabase encryption)
  • Access to production data is limited to authorised personnel
  • Payment processing is handled by Razorpay; we do not see or store card details
  • Regular security review of edge functions and database access

No system is perfectly secure. If we ever detect a personal data breach that may affect you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board within the timelines required by law.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last revised" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email to all users who have an active or completed diagnostic with us.

12. Contact

For any privacy-related question, request, or grievance, write to:

We respond to every email within 7 working days. Data Rights Requests are processed within 30 days.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
